Change your registered email address (for login and various notifications)

If you wish to change your personal email address registered with Workcloud, please follow the steps below.
Note: Depending on your company's settings, you may not be able to change your own personal e-mail address registered in Workcloud.

 Mouse over where your name appears in the upper right corner and click on "My account.

Enter your new personal email address in the "Email address" field.
Enter the password you are currently using in the "Your current password" field.
Click on "Change email."

The message "Confirmation mail sent to XXXX (your email address)" appears at the top of the screen.

Click "Confirm my email" in the notification email you receive.
You will then be taken to the Workcloud login screen. Enter your changed  new personal e-mail address and the password you are currently using to login.


■Company email address
You cannot change your "Company email address" registered in Workcloud. If you need to change it, please contact your company's HR, etc.

■Notification email sent to
・If your company is set up to send notifications to your personal email address, the confirmation email in ⑥ will be sent to the email address before the change. From the next notification email, it will be sent to the new personal email address.
Depending on your company's settings, the address to which notification email is sent may be specified as "company email address".
In that case, you will not receive a notification to your changed personal email address even if you change your personal email address following the above procedure. Please ask your company's HR, etc. about changing the notification registration.
