2022 Year-End Tax Adjustment inquiries 【For employees】-Through client HR only (outbound only) Off

If you receive an inquiry from your company's HR administrator (in charge of your company’s YTA), you can check it on the "Year end tax inquiries" screen.
You can also check on this screen when an inquiry from your company’s payroll vendor (Ceridian) is sent to you via the HR administrator (in charge of your company’s YTA).
An email notification will be sent to you if there are any inquiries requiring your response.

You can reply to incoming inquiries. However, you cannot create a query on this screen.
Please contact your company's HR administrator (in charge of your company’s YTA) for inquiries regarding the details of YTA, not from Workcloud.

You are able to view all of your YTA inquiries in the below screen.mceclip1.png


【Checking your inquiries】
At the top of the screen you can see the number of inquiries and their status.

 

【When replying to inquiries】
① Confirm the content of the inquiry. Then type your reply.
② You can attach files if needed by clicking “Select file.”
③ Click “Send.”
Note: Replies to vendor inquiries received via HR will also be sent to your HR (the person in charge of YTA).mceclip2.png

 

【Description of additional information】
If you wish to send additional information about your reply, follow the steps below.

① Click "Total".
② Select the inquiry you wish to add from the inquiries you have replied to.
③ Type additional information.
④ You can attach files if needed by clicking “Select file.”
⑤ Click "Send".

When the inquiry is addressed and completed, it will be classified as Closed.

 

*Questions regarding the system should be sent by clicking the green “?” mark showing at the bottom right corner of your screen.
