All data download

You can download the following items for the data registered in Workcloud.
It is also possible to download only specific items (e.g., HR master) from the following.
Note: The "All data download" report is only available for download by company admins.

Items may be added automatically with future releases.

How to download

To download the file, please follow the steps below.

① Click on ADMINS [Reports].
② Click on "All data download" under "Others."

After this, refer to either of the two, depending on the content of the item to be downloaded.
■To download data for all items　Download all items
■To download data for a specific item　Download selected specific item(s)

To download data for all items

③ Select the employees to be downloaded from "Current / Deactivated / All employees".
④ Check "Include all data in Excel workbook". All items in the lower row will be checked.
⑤ Enter your password.
⑥ Click "Download."

Downloading begins.

⑦ Click on the file download link at the top of the screen.

⑧ Click on the Excel file in the lower left corner of the screen.

⑨ Data for all items will be downloaded. Click on the sheet name at the bottom to view each item individually.

To download data for a specific item

③ Select the employees to be downloaded from "Current / Deactivated / All employees".
④ Remove the check from "Include all data in Excel workbook". All items in the lower row will be unchecked.
⑤ Check the items you wish to download (multiple items can be checked).
⑥ Enter your password.
⑦ Click "Download."

Downloading begins.

⑧ Click on the file download link at the top of the screen.
* The file name of the link will be displayed as "all data" even if only the specified items are selected.

⑨ Click on the Excel file in the lower left corner of the screen.

⑩ Data for the selected items will be downloaded.
*If multiple items are selected, click on the sheet name at the bottom to view each item individually.
