When the "My Profile" menu is displayed to employees, they can view their personal information such as name, address, and family information, their teams, employment conditions such as start date, payroll-related information, taxes, etc. on each screen (except for items that are hidden from employees due to company settings).
A feature was added for employees to view a "summary page" in which each item in their profile is summarized on a single page.
This feature can be set for all employees.
If your company already uses Custom table, File box, Document library, My requests, etc., you may choose to set this feature only for specific employees.
Only current employees will see the summary page. It will not appear for pre-employees or terminated employees.

Settings
To display the summary page to employees, configure the following settings.
■To display the summary page to all employees
① Click on ADMINS [Company Settings].
② Click on "HR" - "HR management settings."
③ Click "Edit."
④ Change to "Use employee profile summary: On".
⑤ Click "Save."
⑥ The display will change to the one shown above. A "Summary" will appear in the "My Profile" menu for all employees.
■To display summary pages to specific employees
If your company already uses Custom table, File box, Document library, My requests, etc., you may choose to set this feature only for specific employees.
After making the summary page available to all employees by following the procedure in "To display the summary page to all employees," there is no place to change the page from "On" to "Off" only for specific employees.
① Search by name or employee ID for the employee whose summary page is to be displayed.
② Click on "Settings>Feature access."
③ Click "Edit."

④ Change to "Use employee profile summary: On".
⑤ Click "Save."
This employee can refer to his or her summary page.

In the "Feature access” screen for the employee, the message "There are no features to enable for this employee" is displayed, and individual settings are not available.

■Overall
The "Summary" page will appear.
The "Personal related" tab, etc., which were previously displayed, have been moved to the right.
■"See details" and link
Clicking on "See details" (or names such as "Phone number" or "Residential address" for contacts & addresses) will take him/her to the screen for each item.
Items with no registered information are displayed as shown in the figure below. Click "See details" to move to the registration submit screen.
Differences in behavior when clicking profile-related links on the summary page
Depending on the "Employee profile access" setting, an employee may click on each of the personal information-related items (Address, Dependents, etc.) on his or her summary page, and the behavior at the link will vary.
It also depends on each of the other items (see "What employees can view" below).
■"View and edit" Employees can view and make changes (requests), add new additions (requests), etc. at the link.
■"View-only" Employees can only view their registration at the link.
■"No access" The "My Profile" menu itself is hidden from employees, so they cannot even use the profile summary.
