Timesheet Badges

Timesheet Badges" is the number of hours for each item on the timesheet, such as "Worked hours," which is displayed at the top of the monthly timesheet.
The items and item names shown, as well as the method of calculating each number of hours, vary depending on the company setting and employee type.

■Required working hours
It is the monthly prescribed working hours that must be worked during the month.
(Example)
Prescribed working hours per day (7h) × Worked days (21days) ＝Monthly prescribed working hours 147h
Note: About the number of hours of (  ) on the right side
Prescribed working hours per day x (number of working days in the month + paid　days used + total number of national holidays) = number of hours
(Example)
・Number of working days in June (21 days) + Paid days used (1 day)＋National holiday (0 day) = 22　days
・Prescribed working hours per day (7h) × 22 days = 154h →154:00 is displayed.

■Flex worked hours
This is the total number of worked hours for which both start and end times are registered on the timesheet as of today.
*Only employees who are eligible for flex work will be displayed.

■Paid days used  
This is the number of approved paid holidays.
* The number of hours of ( ) on the right side is the number of hours for which the number of paid holidays taken has been converted into the prescribed number of hours.
(Example)
If the prescribed daily hours are 7 hours and one day of paid leave is taken, the hours will be displayed as 7:00 hours.
