Year-End Tax Adjustment inquiries 【For employees】-Employee direct (outbound only) Off

If you receive an inquiry from your company's HR administrator (in charge of your company’s YTA) or from your company’s payroll vendor (Dayforce), you can check it on the "Year end tax inquiries" screen.
An email notification will be sent to you if there are any inquiries requiring your reply.
You can reply to incoming inquiries. However, you cannot create a query on this screen.
Please contact your company's HR administrator (in charge of your company’s YTA) for inquiries regarding the details of YTA, not from Workcloud.

You are able to view all of your YTA inquiries in the below screen.


【Checking your inquiries】
When an inquiry is created, number of inquiries and status will be displayed.


【When replying to your HR or vendor】
① Confirm the content of the inquiry from HR or the vendor (Dayforce). Then type your reply.
② You can attach files if needed by clicking “Select file.”
③ Click “Send.”

<When replying to an inquiry from the vendor>
In the input field for answer ①, " Reply to payroll vendor" is displayed.
"Reply to payroll vendor" means that your answer will be sent to Ascender.

 

【Description of additional information】
If you wish to send additional information about your reply, follow the steps below.

① Click "Total".
② Select the inquiry you wish to add from the inquiries you have replied to.
③ Type additional information.
④ You can attach files if needed by clicking “Select file.”
⑤ Click "Send".

When the inquiry is addressed and completed, it will be classified as Closed.

 

*Questions regarding the system should be sent by clicking the green “?” mark showing at the bottom right corner of your screen.
