This function allows multiple staff to check in/out using a common check in/out screen.
Staff do not log in to Workcloud, but enter their own PIN numbers from the common check in/out screen.
This feature is suitable for cases where multiple staff use the same PC or tablet, such as in retail stores.

1.Advance preparation(Before first checking in)
Set your "Tablet time entry PIN number".
This is the password to enter your own checking/out screen with "Team common check in/out page".
① Enter your registered email address (or username) and password to log in to Workcloud.
② Mouse over where your name appears in the upper right corner and click "My account".
③ Click "Security".
④ Set the "Set Tablet time entry PIN number ".
⑤ Click "Set".
⑥ The message "Account settings updated" appears.
You may log out when you have completed the setup.
If another employee continues to set up after you log out, repeat steps ① through ⑥.
※※For tablet users※※
After logging into Workcloud, tap the key icon in the upper right corner to find "My Account.
2.Usual use (To check in/out)
You check in/out the on the "Team common check in/out page".
That's the screen that the store manager (or superior authority) has open.
Even if the "Team common check in/out page" is not open, if the screen has been added to the bookmarks (or favorites), you can click on the bookmark to open the screen.

【Check in/out】
Click on your own icon (or tap on it if you are using a tablet) and enter your "Tablet time entry PIN number" before entering your check in/out screen.
After that, you check in, start (or end) break, and check out.
① On the "Team common check in/out page", click on your icon.
② Enter the "Tablet time entry PIN number" set in ④ of "1.Advance preparation".
③ Click "Login". Switch to your own check in/out screen.
After that, you check in, start (or end) break, and check out.
※※For tablet users※※
Tap from the number displayed on the screen, and finally tap [OK].
【Check in/out, breaks】
■Check in
① Click "Check in".
② It automatically switches to "Team common check in/out page".
You will be displayed in a green frame with the status of "Checked in".
※※For tablet users※※
The position of the "Checked in" display differs from that on the PC, but the procedure is the same (Break and Checked out are also in the same position).
■Start break(Appears when the company setting requires break time check in/out.)
① Click "Start break".
② It automatically switches to "Team common check in/out page".
You will be displayed in an orange frame with the status of "On break".
■End break(Appears when the company setting requires break time check in/out.)
① Click "End break".
Note: The time is shown in "Out," which indicates the time the break started. This is not the actual checking out time.
② It automatically switches to "Team common check in/out page".
You will return to the green frame display with a status of "Checked in".
■Checked out
① Click "Checked out".
Note: If you took a break, "You checked in about X hours ago." indicates the time elapsed since the end of the break.
② It automatically switches to "Team common check in/out page".
You will be displayed in a gray frame with the status of "Checked out".
※※Incorrect time checked in/out and breaks※※
You cannot correct the time from "Team common check in/out page" by yourself. Please ask your store manager or other supervisors.

■If you click on your icon in "Team common check in/out page" without setting up your "Tablet time entry PIN number" in "1.Advance preparation".
Message: YOUR TABLET TIME ENTRY PIN NUMBER HAS NOT SET.
Answer
It is necessary to set your own "Tablet time entry PIN number" in "1.Advance preparation" first.
■If you try to set a number less than 4 digits in your "Tablet time entry PIN number" with "1.Advance preparation".
Message: Tablet time entry PIN number must be min 4 numbers.
Answer You must have at least 4 digits set for half the numbers.
■You clicked (or tapped) on your icon in “Team common check in/out page" and the "Tablet time entry PIN number" you entered was wrong.
Answer
You must enter the correct "Tablet time entry PIN number" to log in.
If you make a mistake three times in a row, please set your "Tablet time entry PIN number" again from "1.Advance preparation A".
■To change your own "Tablet time entry PIN number"
Answer
① Make sure you see 'Tablet time entry PIN number' in reference to '1.Advance preparation.' After this, click "Delete" (or tap in the case of a tablet).
② Read the message and click "Yes" (or tap for tablets).
After this, please reset the new "Tablet time entry PIN number".
■If you unintentionally click the "X" (or tap on a tablet) on your check in/out page and return to "Team common check in/out page".
Answer
Click again on your icon on this page (or tap on it if you are using a tablet) and enter your "Tablet time entry PIN number".
■You clicked on Workcloud in your bookmarks (or favorites), but the "Team common check in/out page" does not open.

Please ask the store manager or supervisor who has the login authority for this page to log in once.
