You can use the "Monthly time off history" report to check the employee's monthly paid vacation and special holiday usage, etc.
Output
① Click ADMINS [Reports].
② Click "Monthly time off history".
③ Specify the report month.
④ Select the display target from "Only current employees" or "include retired employees".
Note: If you want to extract only one employee, enter the employee ID, name, and registered e-mail address in the box below and click "Search".
⑤ Click the download icon.
⑥ It will be downloaded to your local folder.
⑦ When you open the file, you will see the employee's paid vacation and special holiday usage for the month.
Note: Employees who left your company during the month will not be included in "Only current employees" if the date of downloading the monthly timesheet is after their retirement date. In that case, please download it under "Include retired employees".
(e.g.) Employees leaving the company on March 31, 2022
If you download March 31, 2022 on March 31, 2022, they are included in the "Only current employees" category.
If you download March 2022 after April 2022, they are not included in the "Only current employees" category.
<Check usage of only certain special holiday>
You will need to filter by "holiday type" after downloading to extract eligible employees.
