Confirm your PERSONAL INFORMATION displayed then click “Next” to proceed.
If you need to make any changes, click on the “Edit” button as shown below.

After making the required changes, click on “Submit request.”
*Note: For those who declare their spouse as a dependent, please be sure to select “Married” for your marital status.
Changes made will be highlighted and displayed "Has changes" as shown below.
*It works the same way when you change the content on other screens.
Confirm the changes then click “Next” to proceed.
Depending on your company's settings, you may not be able to edit because it is hidden or read-only.
4. Address details
Confirm your ADDRESS DETAILS displayed then click “Next” to proceed.
If you need to make any changes, click on the “Edit” button as shown below.
If you have moved to a new address but have not yet registered it, click on “I have moved to a new address.”

Correct the information and click "Submit changes ".
※The "Delete" button is displayed, but do not click it. The registered address will be requested for deletion.

Enter the new address and click "Submit changes".
Notes: Depending on your company's settings, you may not be able to edit because it is hidden or read-only.
5. Income tax settings
This is your own tax information.
Note: The "Disability settings," "Single parent/Widow settings," and "Working student settings" fields are about you, not your family.
Confirm your INCOME TAX SETTINGS displayed then click “Next” to proceed.
If you need to make any changes, click on the “Edit” button.

Correct your information and click "Submit request.
If you make corrections it, the corrected part will be reflected on the screen.
Click “Next” to proceed.
6. Secondary income declaration
Those who do NOT want to declare any other secondary income outside of primary income from current company this year, select I do not have any other secondary income this year then click “Next” to proceed.
If any of the following apply to you, please also select "I do not have any other secondary income this year" and click "Next"
・I have a tax certificate in column 乙 (Otsu).
・I plan to file my tax return.
・I am certain my income from this company will over 20 million this year.
【Those who declare secondary income this year】
Those who want to declare any other secondary income outside of primary income from current company this year, select I have other secondary income to declare this year then click “Next” to proceed.
The amount you enter will change your total income, which will affect your basic exemption, etc.
Note: If you are certain that your primary income from current company this year will exceed 20 million, you do not need to enter this information.
Enter the income type, the income amount and expenses, and click "Save." Then click "Next".
Note: If you have other secondary income declaration, you may be required to file a further tax return (確定申告) by you after the year end tax adjustment. Please refer to the following link for information on tax return.

7. Eligibility confirmation
Read the two questions shown in the YEAR END TAX ADJUSTMENT ELIGIBILITY CONFIRMATION page.
If neither applies to you, do not put any check mark. Click “Next” to proceed to next step.
If one or both applies to you, put a check mark in the appropriate box. Click “Next” which will take you to step 9. Spouse information.
*In this case, insurance related deduction input steps will be omitted.
8. Previous company compensation
*This page is displayed only for those who joined the company in the current year.
If you do not see this page, please skip to the next step "9. Spouse information".
There are two patterns of income from previous employers.
■Your previous company compensation is registered by vendor (Ceridian)
You will see the record that Ceridian (the vendor) has registered. You do not need to enter any information, only to confirm.
*If you have more than one previous employer during this year, there is a field for you to enter additional compensation record for your other previous companies.
■Enter your own previous company compensation
After answering whether or not you have previous company compensation, you will see fields for you to enter your previous company name and compensation.
Your previous company compensation is registered by vendor (Ceridian)
Based on the materials submitted, the vendor's pre-registered record will be displayed.
Check that the name of your previous company name and compensation are correct. If they are correct, click "Next.
Notes: If any of the information shown is incorrect, please click on "Help" and contact us through "Make inquiry".
If you have other previous company compensation for this year that are not shown, please go to "Add another previous compensation" to add your information.
For instructions on how to enter your information, please refer to "If you have received income this year from your previous employers" under "Enter your own previous company compensation" below.
Enter your own previous company compensation
Those who do NOT have any income this year from your previous employer, select No, I do not have any income from previous employers this year, then click “Next” to proceed.
Those who received income this year from your previous employer, select Yes, I have income from previous employers this year, then click “Next” to proceed.
■If you received income this year from your previous employers
[Already submitted withholding tax certificate from previous employers to your HR]
Select "Information submission method: Have submitted to HR". Enter your previous company name and income information, then click the "Save" button.
* If you have already submitted and do not know your income information, enter only the name of your previous employer.
[Have not yet submitted withholding tax certificate from previous employer to your HR]
Select "Information submission method: Will submit to HR. Enter your previous company name and income information.
You can also upload a copy of your previous withholding tax certificate from "Choose file".
(Regardless of whether a copy is attached or not, the original must be submitted to your HR.)
Click "Save" button.
If you received income this year from more than one previous employer, click on “Add another previous compensation” to enter more details.
Click "Next" when you have saved all of your previous income information for this year.
Note: If you choose "Information submission method: Will submit to HR," please download the evidence cover page from the "Print forms" menu at the end of the wizard. Attach the necessary forms, such as previous company's tax certificate, to it.
This will also appear if you attach a copy of the withholding tax certificate from "Choose file". Please attach the original.
