If you are a disabled person, enter (update) your disability exemption and disability handbook information on the Income tax screen.

With the June 24, 2025 release, the Disability exemption “Normal disability” was renamed “General disability”.
<Important Notes During the Year-End Tax Adjustment Period>
You will not use this manual from the start of the year-end tax adjustment information input period until near the end of the year when the tax certificate for that year are issued.
The period during which you can use the year-end tax adjustment wizard is when you register new disability information, make changes, or update existing information via the wizard.
After the end date for using the wizard and until the end of the year, please notify us of any registrations, changes, or updates.
Depending on the content, it may affect your already calculated year-end adjustment amount.
How to register
① Click EMPLOYEES "My Profile."
② Click on "Payroll" - "Income tax."
③ Click "Edit."
④ Select Disability exemption, enter Disability handbook type, Disability handbook issue date, and the Disability level information.
Select "Upload" and upload a copy of your disability handbook or other proof documents from "Select File"
⑤ Click "Submit request."
⑥ At the top of the screen you will see a message that your request has been sent to your admins.
You can also see what is pending approval.
The admins will then review and approve your request.
The approved information will also be reflected in your year-end tax adjustment information.
