You click on the "Check in" and "Check out" buttons to the right of "EMPLOYEES > Dashboard" and your server time will be recorded.

Check in
① After logging into Workcloud, click the "Check in" button.
② Click the "Check in" button in the window that appears.
* Depending on your company rules, a "main office" or other check-in location must be designated.
③ Your check-in time will be displayed.
Check out
① After logging into Workcloud, click the "Check out" button.
② Click the "Check out" button in the window that appears.
* Depending on your company rules, a "main office" or other check-in location must be designated.
③ When you check in and check out, "You have already checked in and out today" will be displayed.
Check in /out today" times and work hours are displayed as shown above.
If you work again on the same day, repeat the check-in and check-out process.
The timesheet will show two lines for that day.

If you wish to check in/out using a smartphone instead of a PC, please follow the steps below.
Check in
