When the "My Profile" menu is displayed to you, you can view your personal information such as name, address, and family information, your teams, employment conditions such as start date, payroll-related information, taxes, etc. on each screen (except for items that are hidden from employees due to company settings).
You can view a "Summary" where each item in your profile is summarized on a single screen.
From that screen, you can also move to each item to review the details and register or change (submit) it.

■PC screen
① Click on EMPLOYEES [My Profile].
② The "Summary" page will appear.
The "Personal related" tab, etc., which were previously displayed, have been moved to the right.
③ Clicking on "See details" (or names such as "Phone number" or "Residential address" for contacts & addresses) will take you to the screen for each item.
Items with no registered information are displayed as shown in the figure below. Click "See details" to move to the registration submit screen.
To return to the summary page from the linked screen, click on "Summary.
■Mobile Screen
① Tap EMPLOYESS [My Profile].
② The "Summary" page will appear.
Tapping on "See details" (or names such as "Phone number" or "Residential address" for contacts & addresses) will take you to the screen for each item.
To return to the summary page from the linked screen, tap the icon with the red frame at the top of the screen.

Employees not included on the payroll will not see this field.
Companies that do not use Workcloud's payroll function will also not see this field.
