If you change your address due to relocation or other reasons, you must register your new address.
To register your “Start date,” you can see your address history.
<Important Notes During the Year-End Tax Adjustment Period>
You will not use this manual from the start of the year-end tax adjustment information input period until near the end of the year when the tax certificate for that year are issued.
During the period when the year-end tax adjustment wizard is available, you change your address using the wizard.
If you change your address between the wizard's end date and the end of the year, and this change occurs before January 1st of the following year, please notify us.
This may affect already-generated tax certificate and the municipality where you pay your resident tax the following year.

① Click on EMPLOYEES [My Profile].
② Click on “Personal related” - “Employees addresses”.
③ Click on "Add new."
④ Enter your new address.
⑤ Click on “Submit request.”
⑥ The message "Your request for approval has been sent to your admins" will appear at the top.
Once your admin approve this, it will be officially registered.
*While pending, your current address will appear in the upper section, and the pending new address will appear in the lower section.
How to check your address history
Click the “Previous local tax addresses” at the bottom. You can see your past inhabitant tax addresses.
If you have registered the “residential address” or “postal address” in addition to your inhabitant tax address(es), you can see each by clicking on the respective list.
