For each day you work(ed) in office, please submit your request in one of the following ways.
You may request a cancellation even after your request has been approved but before the timesheet is locked. If your request is still unapproved, you can cancel it yourself.

How to request
Request daily on the check in/out screen
① Click “Submit office request” on dashboard screen.
*It can be done before or after check-in, in any order.
② Read the message and click “Yes”.
③ You will see the message, “Requested to work from office on 20XX”.
The display changes to “Working from office” but the status is “Pending”.
If you made the request by mistake, click on “Working from office”. If your supervisor has not yet approved your request, you can cancel it immediately.
If your supervisor has already approved the request, a cancellation request will be sent to him/her.
Once your supervisor approves it, the cancellation is complete.
Request multiple days at once on the timesheet screen
① Click on EMPLOYEES [Timesheets].
② The “Timesheet” screen will appear. Click on “Office requests” at the top of the screen.
Or click “Days worked in office” on the right side of the target month.
③ Select the days work(ed) in office.
④ Click “Request selected”.
“Requested to work from office on selected days.” is displayed at the top of the screen.
⑤ The number of days you have requested will be reflected in the upper badge, “Pending”. The status will be also displayed as “Pending”.
When your supervisor approves it, it will be moved to the badge “Approved”.
If the approved date is already registered on the timesheet screen for both check-in and check-out, it will also be reflected in the number of days in the “Days worked in office”.
The status will be displayed as “Approved”.
To cancel requested office request
■Cancel unapproved requests
① Check the dates you wish to cancel.
② Click on “Cancel selected”.
After a few moments, the cancellation process will be completed (the status will return to “Not requested”).
■Cancel approved requests
① Check the dates you wish to cancel.
② Click on “Cancel selected”.
The status “Cancel requested” will be displayed and a cancellation request will be sent to your supervisor.
Once your supervisor approves it, the cancellation is complete. The status will return to “Not requested”.
<Request and Correction Deadline>
After your supervisor approves your timesheet, your company admins will lock your timesheet for the month. At the same time, your office request will also be locked. After this time you will not be able to make any new requests or cancellations.
The check box for the request is not displayed on the screen either.
For companies using PitTouch Pro
No request is required for days worked in or out using PitTouch Pro.
Display of “Days worked in office” in timesheet
The “Days worked in office XX/XX” on the timesheet screen indicates how many days have been approved for the number of work days for which both check-in and check-out have been registered on the timesheet for that month.
Example above: Days worked in office 2/6
■Denominator (e.g. “6”) Number of days both check-in and check-out registered
■Numerator (e.g. “2”) Number of days for which both check-in and check-out have been registered in the approved days.
*Days in the past or future that have been approved but for which no check-in or check-out has been registered will not be counted.
Please check the “Office request” screen for details of how many days are pending, how many days are not requested, etc.
