17. My Number tax ID (My Number tax ID management)
Register your My Number tax ID.
*Depending on your company settings, this section may be hidden. If so, please proceed to the next section, “Request approval.”
① My Number tax ID management screen will appear.
② Read the explanation of the purpose of collecting My Number tax ID, then check the box next to “I agree with the above purpose of use.”
③ An input field will appear. Enter the required information in the appropriate fields.

④ Click “Save & next.”
18. Request approval
Finally, you can submit for approval.
Once you have completed the required information for joining the company, green checkmarks will appear next to all menu items on the left (e.g., “Personal details”).
On the right, you will see the message: “All right! You’re done with your profile set up.”
Click “Submit for approval” to complete the onboarding wizard.
There are still some uncompleted menu item
If you have any incomplete menu items, you will not be able to click the “Submit for approval” button.
Please check for any incomplete menu items, click the relevant menu name on the left, and complete the entry.

Until the day before your start date
After clicking “Submit for approval,” the banner at the top of the screen that read “Please complete your onboarding procedures” will disappear.
The “Onboarding wizard” menu will remain visible in the lower-left corner until the day before your start date.
Clicking it will take you to the Onboarding wizard screen.
If the status is “Pending,” you can make changes; however, depending on your company settings, you may only be able to enter new information for your address and commute allowance, and may not be able to edit existing entries. In that case, please contact your HR separately to have the changes made.
On or after your start date
After completing the Onboarding wizard and on your start date, you can change (or update) your information via the “Personal related,” “HR settings,” and “Payroll” tabs in the “My Profile” menu.
