Employees can record their daily start and end times manually on the "Timesheets" screen.
The time you enter is recorded as “manual” time, not server time.

① Click on EMPLOYEES [Timesheets].
② Specify the month in which to record the time of start and end.

Basic entry method
① Enter the numbers directly in the Start and End fields for the day worked.
*If you are still at work, you may only use the "Start" field. When you leave work, enter the time you left in the "End" field.
② Click on the "Save" icon. Alternatively, you can save the file by pressing Enter.
③ You can also enter notes, etc. in the Notes field. (Optional input)
④ Click on the "Save" icon. Alternatively, you can save it by pressing Enter.
⑤ The message "Notes have been updated" appears at the top of the screen.

When you mouse over the time you entered, the comment “Manual entry No server time recorded” will appear.
Correction method
To correct the time registered by using the “Basic entry method” above, by recording on the home screen, or by using other recording methods, follow the steps below.
① On the date line you want to correct, leave blank the “Start” or “End” you want to correct.
② Enter the time you wish to correct.
③ Click on the "Save" icon. Alternatively, you can save it by pressing Enter.

Mouse over the time you entered and you will see the comment below.
■Corrected the time entered on the timesheet screen
"Manual entry No server time recorded” will be displayed.
*The time before the correction will be overwritten and will not be displayed.
■Corrected the recorded time on the dashboard screen, etc.
“Manual entry” will be displayed.
Depending on your company settings, the time you have recorded on your home screen, etc., may appear as “Server time”. The corresponding field will be highlighted. (The highlight display color also depends on the company setting.)
Record start and end times multiple times per day
If you have more than one start and end time in a day, please follow the steps below after entering the first start and end time.
*See "Basic entry method" above for how to enter the first start and end time.
① Click the "+" icon in the row for the date you want to add to add a row.
② Another line has been added on the same date.
③ Enter the numbers directly in the Start and End fields.
*For the second time, if you are still at work, you may only use the "Start" field. When you leave work, enter the time you left in the "End" field.
④ Click on the "Save" icon. Alternatively, you can save the file by pressing Enter.
*If there is a third or subsequent start and end time on the same day, repeat steps ① through ④.
If there is overtime work and an overtime request is mandatory, you must also request overtime.
After the overtime request has been approved by your supervisor, the total hours will be displayed in the "Legal OT" and "Night OT" sections of the first line.
Record the same start and end times for multiple days at once
There is a method that allows you to record the same start and end times on multiple days at once. To use this method, please follow the steps below.
① Specify the month for batch entry.
② Click on the table icon.
③ The check will be placed on the dates in the month specified in ① for which both start and end have not yet been entered.
Uncheck any dates for which you do not want to enter the same time.
④ Click on "Set time."
⑤ Set the "Time in" and "Time out.
*Depending on your company setup, a "Break time" may be set.
⑥ Click on "Save."
⑦ The message "Notes have been updated" appears at the top of the screen.
The line you specified in ③ is now reflected.
If there is overtime work and an overtime request is mandatory, you must also request overtime.
Delete recorded time
If you want to delete a line you have recorded because you entered the wrong start/end time and want to delete and re-enter it, or if you added multiple lines by mistake, etc., please follow the steps below.
① Click "Start" or "End" on the line you wish to delete.
② Click on the "-" icon.
③ Read the message and click on "Yes."
④ The message "Notes have been updated" appears at the top of the screen.
The line you specified in ① is now deleted.
*If you delete all the start/end record lines for the day, you will see a date line with blank numbers for "Start" and "End".
