Introduction
Those who are subject to the Year-End Tax Adjustment (YTA) will receive invitation emails asking them to enter the Year-End Adjustment information in the Workcloud Wizard. Please complete the wizard by the deadline provided in the invitation email.
Even those who are not subject to YTA may receive the invitation emails. Please use the wizard to check for any changes in tax law regarding dependents for the calculation of withholding income tax on next year’s their salaries.
If you need to submit various documents, please print the “Year-end-tax document submission mailing label” and “Confirmation cover sheet for year end tax adjustment documents” after completing the wizard.
Then, check the items to be submitted, enclose the documents such as certificates for deductions in the dedicated envelope for submission, and mail them.
If there are any incomplete documents, we will contact you via the inquiry page in Workcloud.

1. Invitation email
Upon receipt of the Invitation Email to Workcloud YTA Wizard, click on the “Start wizard” link at the bottom of the message.
Note: The subject and body of the YTA wizard invitation email may differ from the above depending on your company's settings and your year end tax eligibility.

Read through the “Wizard overview” content and proceed by clicking the “Next” button at the bottom of the page.
