The steps for admins to set approval delegate restriction and approval delegation method are as follows
① Click ADMINS [Approval requests].
② Click "Time & leave related" - "Approval delegations".
③ Click "Edit."
④ Select "Approval delegation method."
Notes: When an employee who is an approver sets up an employee to act on his/her behalf, select what type of approval is required for the set up representative and the approval method when setting up a delegate approver.
⑤ Select "Approval delegate restriction."
Notes: When setting up a replacement, select the restrictions on employees who can be selected.
Company admins are eligible for any of the following lists.

⑥ Click "Save."
