Admins and HR managers can see the names and termination dates of terminated employees in the "Terminated employees" section of the "Reports" screen.
You can also use the link from this screen to view information about the employee displayed at the time he/she was enrolled.
① Click ADMINS [Reports].
② Click on "Terminated employees" in the HR related section.
③ In that report, you can see a list of the names of employees who have left and the date of termination.
Click "Employment," "Salary," "Personal," "Timesheets," "Time off," or "Payslips" to see the details of the subject employee while he/she was with the company.
*Click the "Download" icon to output a list of the names of employees who have left and the date of termination.
