Before you start using Workcloud, an invitation email is sent to you from your company’s HR.
From that email, you will set up a password to log into the system
Next, you will enter your information required at the time of hire from the Onboarding wizard screen.
If you can already log in before joining the company, please go to "3. Onboarding".

1.Receive an invitation email
To log in to Workcloud for the first time, you must first have received an invitation email from your company’s HR.
When you receive the email with the content shown below, set a password and log in.
Please note that the link in the email will expire 48 hours after the invitation email is sent to you, and you will no longer be able to log in.
① You have received the invitation email to the Workcloud system with the subject “Invitation to join XX (Company name) on workcloud.jp.”
Click “Accept invitation” in the email.
② The password setup screen for logging into the Workcloud system will appear.
Check the required character combination length and the important notes for setting your password.
Notes: Notes in reg beginning with “Must be between 6 and 32 characters…” may vary according to your company regulations.
③ In the “New password” field, enter the password you will use to log in to Workcloud.
④ In the “Password confirmation” field, enter the same password you entered in ③.
⑤ Click on “Save password”
⑥ A welcome page like the one shown above will appear.
If you would like to continue and enter the information required before joining the company, click “Set up my account.”
If you would like to enter this information later, please click “Do my setup later”.
*Depending on your company settings, the display may appear as shown in the figure above.
If you would like to proceed immediately and enter the information required before joining the company, click “Go to onboarding wizard” (or “Please complete your onboarding Information procedures” at the top of the page).
If you would like to enter this information later, please close the window.
<Expiration of Invitation Email>
If more than 48 hours have passed since the invitation email was sent to you, the invitation link will expire.
If you click “Accept invitation” in the expired invitation email, a message like the one shown above will appear.
The new invitation email has been sent automatically. Please click “Accept invitation” in the most recent invitation email to set your password.
Even if the new invitation email has been sent, clicking “Accept invitation” in the old (invalid) invitation email will display the message shown above. Please be sure to use the invitation email with the most recent date and time.
2.First login・login for the second time or later
After setting your password via the link in the invitation email, you should always log in through the Workcloud login page (https://workcloud.jp/login). Do not use the invitation email.
① Enter the email address where you received the invitation email.
Notes: After your start date, you must use the email address provided by the company (although some companies may allow you to continue using your personal email address).
If you have set a username in Workcloud, you can also log in using that username.
② Enter the password you set in “1. Receive an invitation email.”
Notes: If you check the “Remember me” box and log in afterward, you will typically remain logged in for two weeks.
(For companies using SSO, the default is one day, but this may vary depending on company settings.)
③ Click on “Login.”

3.Onboarding
To enter the information required upon joining the company, click “Please complete your onboarding procedures (click here)” at the top of the screen after logging in.
*1 The fields displayed in the ONBOARDING WIZARD vary by company.
*2 The “Please complete your onboarding procedures (click here)” banner will not disappear until you have completed all required fields in the wizard.

② The “Overview” screen of the “ONBORADING WIZARD” will appear.
Read the instructions and click “Start data input.”
<ONBORADING WIZARD>
This wizard is where you enter the information required for HR management, payroll, and other purposes before or upon joining the company.
In addition to personal details, address details, spouse, family members, and emergency contacts, the menu displays the information that needs to be registered with your company. Please enter the required information.
