If an employee's account is locked, company admins can unlock the employee's account.
*Only the admins can operate this.
① Enter the employee ID or name of the employee to be registered and click "Search".
② Mouse over "Settings" and click on "Security /ID cards.
③ Only if the employee's account has been locked will "Employee account is locked" and the "Unlock employee" button appear. Click on this.
The total failed attempt and account lock time will also be displayed.
The "Employee account has been unlocked" message will appear.
④ When the lock is unlocked, the display related to the account lock, such as "Employee account is locked," will disappear.
After the account is unlocked, employees can log in with their current password or reset their password through the "I forgot my password" link on the login screen.
