To request a business trip, follow these steps.
If your supervisor approves the request, the business trip date on your timesheet will be automatically registered with the start and end times and the name of the business trip type in the notes field.
Even future dates are automatically registered.
After approval by your supervisor

How to request
① Click on EMPLOYEES [Leave requests /trips].
② Click on “Business trips.”
③ Click on “Make a business trip request”.
After this, please refer to the relevant business trip details.
Business trips on weekdays・・・For weekday business trips
Business trips on holidays・・・For business trips on (including) holidays
Business trips on weekdays
The following procedure is used for business trips on weekdays, not including weekends (including holidays and company-designated holidays) and other holidays.
④ Select “Business trip name” and set the start and end dates of the business trip from the calendar.
Notes” must be filled in.
⑤ Click on “Request approval.”
⑥ You can see the contents of your request. The approval status is “Pending”. Click on “Return to list”.
⑦ You can also see your request in the list.
Business trips on holidays
When a business trip includes a holiday such as a weekend (including holidays and company-designated holidays), the following procedure is used.
If your supervisor approves the request, your attendance will be registered even on holidays.
*Depending on the company setting, you may require additional weekend /holiday work requests.
<Business trip period including holidays but not working on holidays>
You do not use this one. See “Business trips on weekdays” at the top to create a separate request that does not include a holiday.
③ Under “Business trip name,” select the name of the business trip whose content includes weekends. (Names vary by company.)
Set the start and end dates of the business trip from the calendar.
Be sure to fill in the “Notes” field.
④ Confirm the start and end dates, etc., and click “Request approval. You will then be in the process of requesting approval from your supervisor.
You can see the contents of your request in the list.
After approval by your supervisor

The “Approval status” will change to “Approved”.

■Business trips on weekdays only
Approved business trip days will automatically register the start and end times and the name of the business trip type in the notes field.
The “Start” and “End” times will be set according to your company's regulations.
■Business trips including holidays
Approved business trip days will automatically register the start and end times and the name of the business trip type in the notes field.
Attendance is also registered on weekends and other holidays.
The “Start” and “End” times will be set according to your company's regulations.
Cancel requests
■Approval status: Pending
Because it is pre-approved, you can delete your request immediately.
① Click the name of the business trip for the date (period) you wish to cancel.
② Click on “Edit.”
③ Click on “Delete.”
④ Read the message and click “Yes”.
It will be deleted from the list.
■Approval status: Approved
Your supervisor has already approved it, so you request cancellation.
① Click the name of the business trip for the date (period) you wish to cancel.
② Click on “Edit.”
③ Click on “Request cancel.”
④ Read the message and click “Yes”.
⑤ The subject business trip request will change to the status of “Cancel requested”.
When your supervisor approves the cancellation request, it will change to the “Cancelled” display.
The start and end times reflected in the business trip days on your timesheet and the name of the business trip type in the notes field will also be deleted.
Re-request
If neither approval nor rejection is given by your supervisor under “Pending,” you may send another notification requesting approval.
① Click on the request to send the approval request again.
② Click on “Edit.”
③ Click on “Re-request approval.” Your supervisor will again receive notification of your approval request.
Description of business trip types
Depending on the company settings, you may be able to see a description of each trip type after clicking “Make a business trip request”.
When you click on “Show business trip types,” a description of each business trip type name will appear.
