This is used when there are company official holidays (anniversary of the company's founding, summer vacation, year-end and New Year's vacations, etc.) other than Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
If your company has multiple company official holidays and you would like to create and upload date and name data together instead of setting them up one by one, please follow the steps below.

Ⅰ. Create company official holidays data in Excel
You create the company's official holidays data to be imported into Workcloud.
To upload, you will need the three pieces of information listed above.
Referring to the required information above, you create your company's official holidays data in Excel.
Ⅱ. Import data into Workcloud
Import the data you created in Ⅰ. into Workcloud.
① Click on ADMINS [Company settings].
② Click on “Leave” - “Company holidays”.
③ Select the year for which you want to create a company official holiday.
(e.g.) Select “2026” because this year is 2025 and the next year, 2026, is to be created.
④ Specify the company location to be set.
●If your company has multiple company locations and you want to set only a specific location, specify the name of that location.
●If your company has multiple company locations and you want all locations to have the same company official holidays, specify “All locations”.
●If your company has multiple company locations, there is also a way to set the same company official holidays for specific locations instead of all of them. This is done after setting only the specific location. See “Copy to other locations” for instructions.
⑤ Click on “Upload” icon.
⑥ The upload screen for the year you specified in ③ and the location you specified in ④ will appear.
*You may also change the year and location on this screen.
⑦ Copy and paste here the three columns you entered in “Ⅰ. Create company official holidays data in Excel.”
⑧ Click on “Save.”
⑨ Your uploaded company's official holidays are now reflected in the list.
Copy to other locations
After selecting and uploading a specific company location in “Ⅱ. Import data into Workcloud,” the following procedure is used to copy the same official holidays to other company locations.
You can copy all or only some of the holidays you have created.
① Click on “Copy this location's holidays.”
② Check the name of the location you wish to copy.
(e.g.) Copy the company official holidays you have already created with the location name “Main office” to the location name “Hanzomon”.
③ All company official holidays that can be copied are initially checked. Uncheck the holidays that are not to be copied.
④ Click on “Save.”
The top of the screen will display “Copied holidays to selected locations.” appears at the top of the screen.
When you select the name of your company location, you will see the company official holidays you copied.
<Delete unnecessary your company official holidays>
If you wish to delete a company official holiday you have created, please follow the steps below.
① Select the name of the company location from which you wish to delete official holiday.
Notes: If you select “All locations” in ④ under “Ⅱ. Import data into Workcloud,” you cannot delete on a location-by-location basis. Select “All locations” and it will be deleted for all locations.
② Click “✖” to the right of the holiday name to be deleted.
③ Read the message and click “Yes”. The corresponding official holiday will be deleted.
