① [Confirmation of each badge recipient]
Click on the badge at the top of the screen to display the filtered targets at the bottom of the screen.
Note: The employee can view the date they processed the “Evidence submission” and the date it was set as collected in Dayforce on the “Year end tax > Year end tax > Year end tax summary” screen.
② [Confirmation of eligible employees for each item]
Click the field you would like to check. The appropriate employee list will be displayed below.
If the employees have requested a change of status from the YTA Wizard (there are change requests), please refer to the following “Changes of status are requested from the YTA Wizard” and either approve or reject the request.
If “Done” or “Do set as collected” is displayed in “Next action,” you do not need to do anything.
Note: When deduction certificate needs to be submitted, “Do set as collected” will be displayed, but the status will be changed after receipt by Dayforce. There is no need for you (client administrators) to change the status.
Changes of status are requested from the YTA Wizard
As shown in the previous section, if the “Next action” is anything other than “Completed,” click on the “Next action” shown in blue (a link) to proceed to the next status.
There is an application for a personal change from year end tax wizard.
If you saw “View change requests” under “Next action” when you checked the previous section, please confirm this. Once you confirm the change request(s), it will proceed to the next status.
Two badges will be displayed, one for change requests other than family member and the other for change requests related to family member.
You will confirm the relevant change requests.

On the “Dependent information” screen of the YTA wizard, it is now required to enter the income amount of any family member aged 16 or older that the employee has, starting this year.
Therefore, even if there are no visible changes, the employee may appear as a candidate for “All changes requests” on the Year-end tax adjustment dashboard screen.
(Applicable example)
Last year, that employee did not open the edit screen and left the income amount blank (unentered “0” yen).
This year, he/she entered 0 yen on the edit screen, or clicked “Change income” and then clicked “Submit changes”.
If you confirm that the content is acceptable, please proceed to “Verify changes.”
