Depending on company settings, overtime can be converted into compensation holiday.
The amount of overtime that can be converted into full-day or half-day varies by company. (Example: “Full-day” requires 7.5 hours of overtime)
Notes: You can request to convert overtime into compensation holiday only before submitting your timesheet for that month. You cannot make this conversion after submitting your timesheet.
If you need to convert overtime into compensation holiday after submitting your timesheet, please contact your company's HR.
To convert overtime hours into compensation holiday, follow these steps:

If your overtime hours exceed the number of hours eligible for compensation holiday, you can convert them.

You can request to convert overtime into compensation holiday only before submitting your timesheet for that month. You cannot make this conversion after submitting your timesheet.

① Click ADMINS [Timesheet].
② Specify the month for converting overtime.
③ Click “Request overtime conversion.”
④ The overtime conversion screen will appear. You can check the number of overtime hours that can be converted.
⑤ Select the number of days to convert to compensation holiday.
⑥ Click “Request conversion.”
⑦ The message “Request sent for overtime conversion” will appear.
Once your request is approved, an approval notification will appear in the “Notices” section of your dashboard screen. You will also receive an approval notification via email.
Ⅱ. Request compensation holidays
When your supervisor approves your overtime conversion request, you can take compensation holidays.
Confirm the number of days you can take compensation holidays, then request weekdays off.
Checkpoint
You can check the number of days available for taking compensation holidays and the expiration date of any compensation days already taken in advance.
① Click EMPLOYEES [Leave requests] (or [Leave requests/trips] ) .
② Click the “Compensation holidays” tab.
You can check the available days and expiration dates in the lower section.
How to request compensation holidays
① Click EMPLOYEES [Leave requests] (or [Leave requests/trips] ) .
② The “Leave requests” screen will appear. Click “Request time off.”
③ Click “Compensation holidays work”.
④ Select “Full-day/AM Half-day/PM Half-day”.
※Depending on your company settings, you may only be able to select “Full-day”.
⑤ Enter any remarks for the request. (Depending on your company settings, this field may be required.)
⑥ Select the date on the calendar. (Multiple dates can be selected.)
⑦ Click “Send request”.
⑧ Read the message and click “Yes”.
⑨ The message “Your time off request was sent” will appear.
⑩ While pending, the “CompH” entry for the relevant date in the “Leave requests” calendar will be displayed in orange.
Once your request is approved, the “CompH” entry for that date in the “Leave requests” calendar will change from orange to light orange.
You can also see that the compensation holiday has been approved in the Time off history section at the bottom right of the screen.
An approval notification will also appear in the “Notices” section of your dashboard screen.
You will also receive an approval notification via email.
