On the “Payslip flags” screen, you can check which employees' past payslips are subject to unemployment insurance and labor insurance. You can confirm the applicable amounts for each.
You can also verify income tax categories and check or modify social insurance coverage.
Additionally, you can download the list in Excel format.

① Click ADMINS[Social insurance].
② Click “Labor report” → “Payslip flags”.
③ The current year is displayed initially. (To check the previous year or other years, change the target year.)
Change the income tax category and social insurance eligibility status for past payslips
You can click on the field you wish to change to display a dropdown menu or settings toggle, allowing you to modify the settings.
(Example 1) To change the income tax category
① Click the target field. A dropdown menu will appear.
② Select the category you wish to change.
③ The message “Information updated” appears at the top of the screen. Then the specified category is set.
(Example 2) To change social insurance settings
① Click the target field.
② When you click again, the message “Information updated” will appear at the top of the screen. The status will then change from ‘Eligible’ to “Ineligible”.
※ The same procedure applies for changing from “Ineligible” to “Eligible”.

To download the payslip flags report, please follow the steps below.
① (After selecting the year you wish to download) Click the icon in the red frame.
The progress will be displayed.
② After processing is complete, click ADMINS “File sharing”.
③ Click the file.
Specify the download location to download the file.
④ You can check it in Excel format.
