If the certificate for your company's current SSO provider expires, you must renew it by following the steps below.
*This manual is for companies using SSO where you yourself renew the SSO provider certificate.
If you have requested us to renew the SSO provider certificate, do not use this manual. (Our renewal service is chargeable.)
<Pre-Renew Notes>
Before proceeding with the actual work, We recommend copying the current SSO certificate settings to Word or a text file to save them before overwriting with the renewal.
For the copy location, refer to the “SSO provider X.509 certificate” and “SSO provider certificate fingerprint” (if configured) in section ④ below.
How to renew
① Click on ADMINS [Company settings].
② Click on “Security” - “SSO settings”.
③ Click on “Edit”.
*The figure above shows “SSO provider: Okta,” but the subsequent steps remain the same even for different providers.
④ In the “SSO provider X.509 certificate” field, overwrite the renewal content in the section starting after “-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----” and ending before “-----END CERTIFICATE-----”.
Ensure that the renewal certificate string is enclosed between “-----BEGIN CERTIFICATE-----” and “-----END CERTIFICATE-----”.
*If you have also configured the “SSO provider certificate fingerprint,” overwrite the alphanumeric string provided by the SSO provider in this field.
⑤ Click on “Save”.
The SSO certificate renewal is now complete.
