If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following the steps below.
1. Click "forgot password" on the login screen.
2. Enter the email address you are using and send an email to reset your password.
If you have registered both a company email address and a personal email address, please enter the personal email address.
The following message will be displayed when you send a password reset email.
Please change your password within 3 hours of receiving the email.
3. Click on the "Change password" button in the email you received and set a new password.

5. From the next login, log in with the password you set in section 4.
