The "Article 36 dashboard" feature includes a "36 Agreement overtime monitor," "Attendance alerts," and "Analysis" screens for employees.
When you start using this function, you will be able to set whether or not you want to be alerted about attendance for employees who are enrolled at that time.
If "Show employee article36 alerts: On" is set in "Company settings > System > Available functions", newly hired employees are automatically set as those subject to attendance alerts.
[Released on April 17, 2023] Change in default behavior
Prior to the release, the default setting for new employees who joined the company after using the "Show employee article36 alerts: On" setting was "Off". If you wanted to make an employee eligible for attendance alerts, you had to make that employee eligible for alerts in the Manage access section of the Article 36 dashboard.
After the release, the default behavior is reversed. The default setting for newly hired employees is "On". If you wish to exclude the employee from attendance alerts, please exclude the employee from alerts in the Manage access section of the Article 36 dashboard.
