When using PitTouch Pro, ID cards must be registered for each employee.
You can either register each employee individually on the employee screen or register them in a batch (import) by file.

Individual registration on the employee screen
① Search for employees to register.
② Click on "Settings" - "Other settings" - "Security/ID cards".
③ Click on "Add new ID card."
④ Enter his/her "ID Card number."
For "ID Card type," select "Employee ID" or "Other" if the card is not an employee ID.
Specify the "ID Card registration date."
⑤ Click on "Save."
⑥ The barcode ID number is displayed at the bottom.
Output to label printer or download PDF if necessary.

Batch registration (import) by file
1. Download template for input
① Click on ADMINS [Data Import].
② Click on "Import all (master) data".
③ Click on "Download template with no data."
Specify the download location and click "Save."
④ Open the download template and click "Enable Editing."
⑤ Retain the "ID cards" and delete the other sheets.
⑥ A template for inputting only "ID cards" has been created.
2. Creating Template
① Enter the employee ID, name, and IC card registration date of the employee whose ID card you wish to register.
For the ID Card type, enter 2 for "Employee id card" and 1 for "other" if the ID card is not an employee ID card.
Note: If you are familiar with this, we recommend that you go to "Reports > All data download" for the employee ID, employee first and last name, and then copy and paste the three left columns of the "HR master".
② After all eligible employees have been entered, click "Save As...".
Be sure to select the format as ".xls".
③ Click "Save."
*If the compatibility check confirmation screen appears, click "Continue."
3. Import data into Workcloud
① Click on ADMINS [Data Import].
② Click on "Import all (master) data".
③ Select the file you created in step 2.
④ Click "Upload."
⑤ The number to be imported is displayed.
Confirm and click "Import."
⑥ After a few moments, the import is complete and the display switches to the one shown above.
Check ID card number registration data for PitTouch Pro
You can view it each employee's ID card number on the following screen.
① Click on ADMINS [Manage employees].
② Click on "Time and leave" - "Employee ID cards".
③ You can check the list.
Click on the blue cloud icon to output in Excel as shown in the figure below.
