The "Team common check in/out page" is a function that allows multiple employees to check in/out using a common check in/out screen.
Employees do not log in to Workcloud, but enter their own PIN numbers from the common check in/out screen.
This feature is suitable for cases where multiple employees use the same PC or tablet, such as in retail stores.

To set up a team (store) to use
If a team (store) that has not used the team common check in/out page before will use it from now on, or if a new team (store) is added, please do the following settings first.
① Click on ADMINS [Teams & organization].
② Click the name of the team (store) that will now use the "Team common check in/out page".
The name of the selected team (store) and staff name will appear on the right side.
③ Click on "Settings."
④ Click on "Edit."
⑤ Specify "Use team common check in/out page: On".
⑥ Click on "Save."
After this, the manager (supervisor) of that team (store) set up above will set up the start.

To set up employees to check in/out only on the "team common check in/out page
To prevent employees from logging in to Workcloud and check in and out (including breaks) from the home screen, please make the following settings.
Employees who have made this setting will check in and out and take their breaks on the "Team common check in/out page".
Notes: If employees make a mistake in their timekeeping, company admins or HR managers can correct it from their timesheet screen. Depending on the company setup, the employee's supervisor may be able to correct the error.
Setup multiple employees at once
① Click on ADMINS [Manage employees].
② Click on "Time & leave" - "Tablet Time Entry users".
③ Click on "Add/remove limits."
④ Enter the employees whose checking in/out is to be restricted to the "Team common check in/out page" by name, employee ID, etc.
When a target employee is specified, the name will be reflected in the bottom row.
⑤ Click on "Add limit".
⑥ Read the message and click "Yes".
⑦ The name of the employees you set will appear in the lower row.
If the employees set up above log in to Workcloud using the normal login method, they will not be able to check in/out from the "Check in/out" field on the home screen.
■To remove the limited setting
① Click on "Add/remove limits."
② Enter the name, employee ID, etc. of the employee whose checking in/out is to be excluded from the "Team common check in/out page" limitation.
When a target employee is specified, the name will be reflected in the bottom row.
③ Click on "Remove limit".
④ Read the message and click "Yes".
Only the names of employees who have been set as limited will be displayed in the lower row.
Individual registration on the employee screen
① Search for employees who limit their checking in/out to the "team common check in/out page".
② Click on "Settings" - "Employment/HR settings" - "Timesheet management".
③ Click on "Edit."
④ Specify "Use team common check in/out page: On".
⑤ Click on "Save."
To set up multiple employees, repeat from ①.
If the employees set up above log in to Workcloud using the normal login method, they will not be able to check in/out from the "Check in/out" field on the home screen.
■To remove the limited setting
In ④, specify "Use team common check in/out page: Off" and save.
Setup employee timesheet screen
On the timesheet screen of an employee whose checking in/out (including breaks) is limited to the team common check in/out page, you can see in the "Time entries method and company location" column and each date column whether the checking in (out) is from the "team common check in/out page" or manually entered from the timesheet screen.
