If an employee forgets his/her password, etc., an email can be sent from the company admins to the employee to reset the password.
*Only the admins can operate this.
① Enter the employee ID or name of the employee to be registered and click "Search".
② Mouse over "Settings" and click on "Security /ID cards.
③ Click on "Generate new password reset token."
When clicked, a password reset email is automatically sent to the employee, and a notification of transmission completion is displayed at the top of the screen. The date and time will also be displayed in the "Password last reset at" and "Password reset will expire at" fields.
④ Once the employee receives the password reset email, click on "Change password" to reset the password.
