Employees may cancel their own requests for paid holiday or special holiday within the same month until their timesheets are approved.

Request paid vacations or special holidays
If, for some reason, the company admins, rather than the employee him/herself, wish to remove or cancel a leave request within the same month, the following procedure is used.
Use screen

① Search for eligible employee.
② Click on “Paid holidays” under “Leave”.
■Remove pending approval
The company admins cannot cancel the employees’ pending requests for approval.
You would remove the requests themselves.
If you remove them, they will not remain (display) in their time off history.
① Click “remove” for the subject request from “Time off history for 20XX” in the lower right corner of the
“Paid holidays” screen for the relevant employee.
② Read the message and click “Yes”.
As stated in the message, if you remove that pending request for approval, it will not remain (display) in his/her “Time off history for 20XX”.
■Cancellation after approval
After approval, company admins can cancel those requests.
If you cancel them, they will remain (display) in the employee's time off history.
① Click “cancel” for the subject request from “Time off history for 20XX” in the lower right corner of the “Paid holidays” screen for the relevant employee.
② Read the message and click “Yes”.
As indicated in the message, if you cancel the approved request, it will remain (display) in his/her “Time off history for 20XX”.
③ The status changes to “Canceled”.
